JCC POOL & SWIM LESSONS

Aqua Fitness Class

Class meets twice a week! This fun group exercise class is designed to improve overall cardiovascular fitness and flexibility. Classes are set to music and will get you moving! All ages are welcome!

Tuesdays:  8–8:45 am Note new time beginning June 29
Thursdays:  8–8:45 am Note new time beginning July 22

  • Everyone welcome!
  • Free for JCC Fitness members
  • Registration no longer required! Just show up!
  • $10 per class for non-fitness members

See how fun and effective working out in the water can be! Come as often as you'd like each week—there's no attendance requirement and no set number of classes that you must attend throughout the summer. Create a schedule tailored to your needs!
