Senior Fitness

Get moving with our Fitness Center's Senior Strength & Balance class! This low-impact workout is geared toward improving strength and balance. Held in our dance studio/aerobics room and set to big band and oldies music, participants will dance and execute chair exercises that are less strenuous on the body.

Fee: Free – open to all seniors (JCC membership not required)
